Thank you for choosing to book a Real Estate Photography session for your upcoming marketing campaign.

The below catalogue shows all available photography sessions that are available for standard real estate style marketing. These shoots are best for any real estate sale or lease as well as now including short term rentals, such as Air BnB listings.

Choosing your ideal real estate photography session simply comes down to two things; the type of property you are listing and the time of day you feel best suits the property. You may also add extras such as videography or drone to your package to make it perfectly suit your marketing campaign.

Once you have selected your perfect session to fit your needs, the calendar will appear with available dates and times. Choose your date and time then fill in your details on the following page. To ensure that you get your preferred date and time, all sessions are saved as pending at the time of booking and will be manually approved via email or phone call. In the unlikely event that a clash occurs or if more details are needed for your booking, I will be in touch to make alternate arrangements to get your session underway as quickly as possible.

Sessions and Bookings

Real Estate Photography sessions are the perfect option for most people who are looking to list a property for sale or for rent. Each session includes a Standard Real Estate License which is perfect for typical, everyday listings. Daylight Photography suits most properties and is the standard across the industry for all types of listings.

These sessions are booked per property* and include a Standard Real Estate License and are not suitable for photography of Displays/Showrooms, Off the Plan projects or for images of projects that are to be used as part of an ongoing portfolio.

**A quick reminder; the standard coverage area spans from Coolangatta to Upper Coomera/Coomera, excluding Springbrook, Mount Tamborine and other similar areas. Sessions may be booked in these areas at additional travel cost and will NOT be reflected in this booking form

*All sessions are booked on a per property basis, eg; a 20 image session cannot be split between multiple apartments or properties
