What Happens Next?

Thank you for booking your photography session with me! You may be wondering, "what happens now?" and how do I keep track of my bookings? Well, keep on reading below and hopefully I will be able to answer those questions here and take you through the process of how a typical booking progresses.

For all Real Estate Photography sessions booked through Gold Coast Property Photography, the first thing that will happen is that you should have been sent an email from booking@jamieauld.com.au to confirm that your booking has been received. Please check your Junk or Spam folders if you haven't received this yet as any follow up emails regarding this or any other bookings you may have. It is also recommended that you add the address contact@gcpropertyphotography.com.au to your address book or add all gcpropertyphotography.com.au as a domain to your safe list ensuring all follow up emails, such as invoice and image delivery emails, are delivered smoothly.

To ensure each booking runs as smoothly as possible, all bookings are locked in as Pending until they can be Approved manually. Appointments are approved as soon as possible, however, due to the large service area I cover sessions are only locked in once I can review my pre-existing bookings around the time of your booking request. In the event a conflict comes up and I can't make your preferred session time, I will be in touch to make an alternate arrangement. Once all is in order and the booking is Approved, everything is locked in and good to go!

This is highly recommended for all Real Estate Photography sessions or any Project photography session that has people living on site at the time of the shoot. Once the session is completed, the invoice will be sent through to your nominated email address. Then, once payment has been received and editing is complete the images will be sent through to the same address. All delivered images are sent through a link that will direct you to pCloud which acts as a cloud based storage with download capability, similar to Dropbox or GoogleDrive. That's it!

Customer Portal

Immediately below, you will find a Customer Portal which allows you to see any Approved bookings you have lined up. Once your booking is approved, an access link will also be emailed to the address you nominated in the booking process. Please visit this page any time you need to check the details of your booking.
